Originally from Sobiro village, I later resettled in Bunikalo, a nearby commercial port in Gatokae Island, located within Marovo Lagoon—the gateway to the Western Province of the Solomon Islands. It is a peaceful village, offering a fulfilling lifestyle.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with various organizations, including the Solomon Islands Government, where I began in a low-level position. Over time, I spent 14 years with the Central Bank of Solomon Islands, working in hardware, software, and network engineering roles. My career also took me to international and regional organizations such as Peace Corps Solomon Islands and the Pacific Regional Internet Connectivity System (PacRICS) under the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC). However, my decade-long tenure with the Solomon Islands Postal Corporation stands out as a particularly notable and rewarding chapter of my life.
Every step forward has been a new challenge, and each success has been a valuable learning experience.
